Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a open box for $438.99 it arrived on time , after 2 days of heavy use , this duet 5 started to freeze up the touch screen worked but not the tracpad or any of the keys on the keyboard this happened 4 times in 2 days and the only fix was too force a shut down by holding the power button for about 10 to 15 second's not good , also battery seemed to be getting about 7hrs with heavy use streaming, a movie , and some YouTube. I was highly concerned and disappointed with this unit , I will be returning this to best buy, And if I decide to go with the duet 5 I will buy a new one I bought 2 open box Chromebooks and had issues with both of them and returned then both , that is it folks for this one if you decide to pull the trigger on this one buy it new from best buy the 8gb memory 128 gb storage emmc. Happy New Year's everyone stay safe.

The first is that the keyboard absolutely has to be on a flat surface. The slightest flex, like that produced by having this on your lap while you type, causes the cursor to jump all over. You cannot type a word document. This isn't a problem at all with my 10 inch duet. The second is that the pen holder isn't included.
