Good thing it’s still under warranty and I am able to ship it back for repairs but this has caused an inconvenience in my life with shipping and waiting for them to repair it and ship it back. This is frustrating

He has to use a mouse because the touch screen scares him too badly. He uses it to write his letters to his family. It does it faster than it use to.
