    I noticed after just a couple months that this thing was already starting to fall apart. My last HP lasted a few years, so I had high hopes this one would too. After barely 6 months, I'm already in the market for a new one. First, it would constantly disconnect from the internet and require a restart to reconnect. Then the keyboard started to stick and type the same letter multiple times. Now the touch screen is sensing everything about half an inch above where I am actually pressing. The battery barely lasts two hours now too. I've had good HP laptops in the past, but this is definitely not one of them.

    I had to buy a computer for work. I liked how the computer is able to keep up with everything I do. I have to have fast speed and multi tab windows open. Great memory storage. I would purchase this computer again if I should ever need to replace it.

    Laptop is great, but Windows 11 needs some work. Had to call tech support to get rid of the McAfee pop ups telling me I had a virus. Wifi kept dropping too. Other than Windows 11-which I did not realize came with this-it's a good product.

    Well. it happened...my kid went to collage! She asked for this particular HP machine for the speed of processor and the beauty of the color, this one shall never argue with! Slick and classy with a ton of power - great machine for a very, very acceptable price.
