I had trouble down loading the computer information to run it. After, I got that fix it has been running smoothly.

WORST PRINTER of my life. And HP won't acknowledge the problems. I can't change the print settings -- they are LOCKED, and HP is blaming me saying it is my computer's fault their software doesn't work! It's nonsense. I can only print in the setting they allow -- which uses up all my ink. This is NO ACCIDENT. I bought this 5 months ago and have gone through the ink that came with it and I'm 3/4 through the replacement ink with only 210 pages printed. I will pay the cost of this printer 2 to 4x a year just to print basics!! Thats only 42 pages a month. And I have to buy ink again in the next week or two. I have never seen such a horrific rip off in my life! Avoid HP!!!!

Works good for the purpose I purchased it for. I would have given it a 5 star if the copy feeder worked more consistently

This is a good product for my home office. Online guides are helpful. I'm happy with the automatic ink cartridge refills.

It prints well, however, the cartridge alignment always reads as Unsuccessful.

Its a nice printer but doesnt print real fast. Be aware that upon purchasing, it DOES NOT cone with the hard wire cord to connect to your computer. I needed that cord to add the printer THEN it functions wirelessly.

Great printer but I needed one that didn't require an app to set up.

The whole unit seems very fragile, as though you could easily break off a piece, especially the paper drawer.

I'm a little disappointed with this printer. It works good, but doesn't always print well. Had to buy HP paper to get better prints, but even that wasn't always the best. My old HP printer worked great no matter the brand of paper.

I love my printer although ink isn't lasting very long in it so far.

I thought I was getting a better printer. Not real happy with this one. Just extra big and pretty bulky. Problem is, I don't think the quality of prints are near as good as what I had before.

I like the printer. I had to call HP to get it set up in HP Smart. The next day, it is offline. I will call HP again if I can't get it fixed.

Avery from the Geek Squad did a great job installing and explaining all the features and how they work.

What can I say? It's an H P and it works great so far. I have not had to replace ink cartridges yet so I might still be in for a surprise.

Needed a new printer, researched online for best HP printer and it said this was it. Only had a few weeks, seems to work well so far.

like the machine . had some issues getting the scanner to copy from the computer but Geek Squad came and helped me.

So far so good. Bought it for my wife. She seems to like it.
