being not tech savvy took quite awhile to be able to get it going slowly getting there.

Excellent speakers for smaller rooms. Fantastic finish and modern look. Easy on the ears without sacrificing detail. They don't go deep, but adequate bass for a compact speaker.

Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this printer but was very disappointed in the color quality. Stripes everywhere and very pale. Printing in black was fine when it printed but it only printed a half page. It wouldn’t print from my IPhone except one time. I couldn’t get it to scan. I’ve worked with HP printers for many years so I thought I would be able to figure this one out. It should have been so easy.

Works fairly well. Very straightforward printer/scanner. Have had no issues with it so far.

No problems, works like a charm. Can't get better than that.

I have one topic to mention regarding this printer/HP that is an automatic dealbreaker for me no matter anything else. Soo like most new printers you get a "starter cartridge" of ink which is a joke to begin with but whatever, however they make a big deal out of this HP Ink program so I tried it out. Well I found out through a coincidence how tricky this program is, soon after joining my CC expired that I used to sign up, I later ran low on ink & could NO LONGER USE MY PRINTER. THEY LOCKED IT, I could not even use a cartridge I purchased at Best Buy & install it to print. I was held hostage until I entered a new & active card on the HP Ink account. To me this is insane & I am not comfortable with it at all, because of this I do not reccomend.

Great update. Still need to know how to put in ink when ready.

Not a bad printer, BUT, was not told when I bought it that the HP Smart software had a problem with it and has caused me MAJOR problems with my desktop!!

I've had HP printers before. Didn’t need apps to do printing. Everything could be done from the front touchscreen, scan, copy, print. The source was also on the touchscreen (Drive, photos, etc). The need to install apps just to print is ridiculous. I keep getting "paper jam" message, but no paper jam. Researched the problem; apparently false jam messages are common. I went ahead and did each step as instructed on HP website without improvement. I'm planning to junk it.

Robust, efficient, quiet and good looking. Deserves its name: ENVY.

Evan did a wonderful job tracking down a printer for me.

I have a hard time keeping it connected to my PC and Laptop. We have to disconnect and connect every time we need to print something since it shows offline. Internet connection is strong which does not give me any problems with other electronics but Printer it's complicated to use. Also, have issues using the scanner as it says there's no printer near by.

Scan feature does not stay connected to computer. You need to install everytime you want to use it!

Do not buy this if you have Spectrum. Spectrum's router won't work with this and you won't be able to print. You can only if you buy a more exensive router. I tried for 3 days to get this to print. Finally an HP tech said "Do you have Spectrum". I said why? He told me this printer won't work with Spectrum's router.

great printer and scanner easy to use for home office

I really do not like this printer. The print quality is ok, but it jams a lot, or says that it has a paper jam even when it does not. I have to feed one sheet of photo paper at a time. When you re-load any paper into the paper tray, it makes lots of sounds and takes much longer than it should for you to be able to actually print with the paper that you loaded. This printer is fairly new but I will be getting something else soon.
