Excellent upgrade! Was looking for a new printer that was faster, quieter, and provided a better overall experience and this is it!

I wanted to love this. I am an instant ink subscriber so I tried to choose a printer that worked with that membership. I had read that the Envy line was better for pictures. I have an OfficeJet Pro that is great for items print on plain paper. This printer arrived and shocked me because it ran out of ink within 30 min. And when I compared the prints, it was obvious the OfficeJet Pro won. I am still sad though because I am a teacher and want to be able to print onto cardstock and my current printer prints halfway down the page. So back to this Envy…I am truly bummed. It barely lasted 30 min and I can go months (printing regularly) without having to change cartridges on my OfficeJet Pro. I wish the LaserJet pros were available in the instant ink program because short of that, I don’t think I will find an economical route I can justify printing color at home as a teacher.

I bought this printer for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She said it was very easy to set up and it works beautifully. Our salesman was great. He was very honest and helped me pick up the perfect printer.

This products does everything. I have nothing to complain about.

Seems to be a great product for my needs. Was able to set up with minimal assistance from HP tech support. With currently no access to internet service it works well.

Easy to pair, print quality is really good. It does what I ask it to with no problems so far. The last HP printer I had was junk! This one is fantastic.

I first ordered this printer from the web page, because it stated that it was out of stock at my local store but could be delivered the next day. The next day I got an email that it would be delayed for a few days. If I was informed before completing the order I could go to another location. There are a few locations not an awful lot farther away. I need to use it that next day. And was going to be gone after that for awhile. The web site was showing, the next day that it was now in stock in my closest store. So in order to print I went and bought it again. I did this and was told it was to late to cancel the first order. I did my printing and fortunately the ordered printer didn't come till after my little trip. Fearing porch pirates. Which when I came back I had to take back to the store and get a refund. Best Buy should not offer next day if it can't deliver. I like the printer and it does all it does. But Best Buy needs to get its act together. Luckily I was able to pay for them both, not everyone can.

The printer works great AFTER YOU GET IT CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER. I have a HP computer but it is a nightmare to get it to connected to the printer and keep it connected.

I absolutely hate printers. Most are junk and fail within 12-18 months. So far this seems to work OK. Nothing spectacular but I don’t think any consumer printer will ever be great. 100 pages in and it is adequate for home use and school projects. Colors are good and streaking is minimal after corrections and cleaning. But I did have to work at it since out of the box it wasn’t ideal. So from a guy who hates all printers, this one is OK and that’s the best recommendation I’ll ever give a printer.

This model met all of our needs to print a family biography. The colors were crisp with sharp lines. Took our heavier paper easily and speed was great.

You have to use your smart phone or remove the password from your router for set up using HP smart. If your router is pass protected the printer can not be found using WI FI. Once you complete set up you can use your pass protection. It took me awhile to figure this out. I had to set the printer up on my phone first. Good print quality. I have not tried to print photos yet. I like that this printer has a control panel. You can control functions from this panel as opposed to your device only. The control panel is worth the extra price.
