    The purchase of this copier/printer was due to my moving here in Bradenton, Florida. It was a smart idea that I buy a like product, in name, to do the job I needed it to do. So far, this product has paid for itself threefold. The staff at the store listened to my needs and showed me the proper machine at the proper price and made my purchase a pleasure which lead me to buy more items, not related, from this store.

    HP has done an excellent job of the setup of their printers. Plugged in the printer, loaded up an app on my phone, and really in a matter of minutes I was printing.

    HP Ink requires the printer to be on all the time and connected to the internet. Although I adhere to these requirements, the HP software frequently says the printer is off line. Nothing I do fixes the problem. This means I don't get security updates. I also feel like I'm cheating when I print because the pages printed may not go toward my quota.

    Changing of the printer cartridge are a breeze; love it. It is nice and quiet and the copies come out great. Haven’t tried printing photos yet.
