    Not as good as the old printer I replaced. It was 12 years old. This one is not as well made, in fact it's pretty chitnzy. The paper tray is a joke. Since I ordered it and was gone out of town when it arrived, I don't think I am able to return or exchange it but I'm going to try.

    This printer is not worth purchasing. The cartridges are the old style push up and click type. The program for showing the status of the printer on the computer screen does not work. The printing is horrible. Black printing is faint and color printing is very, very, light and most of the time not printed. The printed pages have blank streaks in them. Don't buy this printer.

    This is the exact but newest model for the one I replaced. I miss my old one honestly. Quality has gone way down. Many more quirks . Next one I’ll rethink and look deeper before I buy

    I have had this printer but unable to use it. The color ink kept rejecting. I traded the ink and then it kept saying there was a paper jam. Nope there is a twisted piece of white seems like plastic inside . I am 79. Threw the box out and am here with a no working printer. The number on the outside of the printer is different than the one inside the printer. I have the ongoing printer ink but no printer that works!
