Our problems with signal loss and dropping out went away with our new phones.

How do you turn off the handset keypad tones?

That said the manual is hard to navigate to get the answers you need so I'm posting a review in hopes of getting a question answered.

Best ever extension phone system

This is a great system with vastly increased contact and blocking storage capacity. I do miss the belt clips, but that is a minor detail.

Panasonic Cordless Phone System

Expandable Cordless Phone System.

Phones fit perfectly in the hand, numbers are large and easy to find. Phone window clear and shows time and date. Cradle is easy to set into. I found the speed-dial numbers easy to insert and automatically listed alphabetically. Digital answering system simple to operate and functional.

Nice Phone System with lots of features.

Only complaint so far is the steps to put a call on hold. You have to push 3 buttons for a total of 5 presses to put on hold. Not sure if person on the other end of call can hear this. Not sure I'd recommend for a business location.
