Panasonic house phone and customer service is crap

Keep wasting money on insurance. Tried to contact company will not speak to you but offered $45/ monthly maintenance contract on a house phone! Using my insurance to buy a different brand.

The volume will not go loud enough to hear messages. I had some phones this brand before that were easy to use and loud enough to hear.

Hard to program

I hooked them up today after letting the batteries charge. Then I tried to read the manual regarding blocked calls, saved calls etc. Gave up after an hour or so.
