    I have now bought six Amazon FireTV 4K sticks from Best Buy. Only one of them had to be returned and exchanged because the remote didn't work. The replacement worked well like all the others. Very happy with the performance of these devices and the service and value BestBuy offered for them.

    I bought this for a Room that does not have cable access. The set up was extremely easy and the menu is very user friendly. I love that you can search by category such as TV shows, movies, comedies, family common and kids. My 8 year old has no problem maneuvering. I will be buying more. I downloaded the apps for various television stations and log in with my existing user ID and password for my cable TV provider works like a charm
