Good streaming option for the price. I had considered getting the Roku but ended up with Fire TV. My only issue is that sometimes it freezes or has error messages and you have to unplug/plug in but other that that it all seems great. Easy enough to add apps. No real complaints. It does what I need it to do.

No problems with my new Firestick. I did buy the insurance this time because my first sticks no longer work after a year and a half usage. Very easy to use and appreciate the voice component.

Fire TV is so much better than Roku.. Roku has the easier interface & controls but Amazon is much more in depth. Plus I can put any app on this.. Only draw back is, no memory at all..

This 4k is a tiny bit faster in all categories including picture settings control. Plus your able to turn volume up, down,mute. It also turns OFF your tv using the amazon controller.

This Firestick is extremely easy to set up and use. The Alexis remote is pretty neat, too. We have an Apple TV elsewhere in the house and love it. But I wanted something for another room just for a few streaming options and didn’t need all the bells and whistles of Apple TV. This Firestick was an inexpensive alternative to Apple TV and works beautifully!

I replaced my regular fire stick with this 4k one to see if it makes a difference in the picture. My TV is a 65" Samsung 4k Ultra UHD and the picture is already fantastic, so I can't tell the difference. This stick works as good as the original one so I can't complain. I never used the Alexa voice feature on the remote so I guess it works...

The 4K Amazon fire stick is definitely worth the upgrade. Tv power button control and volume control are very convenient and the picture quality is amazing.

Cut the cord and bought these to watch free Amazon Prime TV and movies. Also watch DirectvNow, which is a fraction the cost of cable. Terrific picture and sound. Quick response. Easy remote.

We have a bunch of firesticks and this is always the best. Easy to use. The remotes tho, easy to usy even in the dark, i wish it lit up just a little.

I purchased three Amazon Fire Sticks and they are awesome. They were easy to install, fast and stable with wireless internet and well priced. Best Buy @ BestBuy! No pun intended. lol

This works so much better than the first generation and the voice command is worth the extra $10. I recommend it highly. No problems with connectivity.

The Firestick is easy to setup to your WiFi and the remote that is provided is very intuitive. I like that this version of the remote provides a Mute option.

This 4k fire stick arrived on time. It was easy to install. The directory is easy to use and downloading apps is quick. Really enjoying streaming movies and TV.

I was very excited when I purchased this Firestick. Installing the Firestick was fairly easy to do and the picture is very clear. I would recommend this to my friends.

This is my second time buying a fire stick. There was nothing wrong with the first. My daughter borrowed it and I never saw it again. I got the 4K model this time. It works well. I haven't had any problems with it. It was easy to install and set up. It was up and running in under 5 minutes. The 4k picture is awesome . I'm just waiting for more 4k content.

Super fast and I love the way my pictures shows up in 4K! I bought two! The volume and turn off function is the best.

Happy to finaly cut the cord, works great! A plus if you don't have a smart TV lot of good movies for free new apps can't beat it for the price

This pro remote is so much better than the standard remote. It should be included with firesticks standard. I love that it lights up and that it can be located when lost. I also love the programmable scene buttons so you don’t have to sit and yell at Alexa 5 times, you can just press a button to trigger the scene first time asked. I have replaced all of my Firestick remotes with this one.

The newest fire stick performs much better than earlier models. There is very little lag when switching between apps. Picture is great and it works very well with PlayStation Vue.

Just bought our 1st Fire Stick and I'm wondering why we waited so long to get it. We love the ease of use and voice commands makes using it simple. Great product!!
