Works best with Amazon Prime account, which I do not have. Only downfall is some apps/channels require a paid monthly subscription for their programs/shows.

Couldn't be happier for making the move. I waited to make the switch until after Amazon and Google started getting along again as I use YouTube TV. The responsiveness of the Fire Stick is so much better. The Roku was slow to do anything. The Fire Stick seems to do everything three times as fast. Get it, you won't be disappointed.
