Not enough memory

Not enough memory it keeps giving us a message telling us to delete apps. I have deleted all that I can and still get that message. So kinda sucks with regard to on board memory. Other than that we like it.

sound problems

The sound goes out every 15 to 20 minutes and we have to power off and back on in order for it to continue. Not the easiest to use when one of the users has dementia. buttons are not labeled and memory does not work all the time.
