Also good technical support and information via amazon and you tube. However, doesn't seem to be too compatible with Spectrum Cable Service.

Better Way to Watch TV

There are occasional hangups on the apps causing you to have to restart. The Bluetooth headphone compatibility relies on your headphones having volume control or it will blow your ears out.

But it tends to freeze on my and I am unsure if it is my internet connection or the firestick itself. All in all a good product and convenient for what it is to be used for.
