Safety at the door

Put this on our sons front door. He’s in WA and we’re in AK, and this door camera lets both of us know who’s knocking or that a package was dropped off. Gives us comfort to know he is safe. He lives alone.

Does the job

Installation guide could have been shorter. Works as it should so far. Picture quality is great in my opinion. The microphone seemed to work very well but the speaker not so much. Can't say if it's a brand issue or just with this unit, looking into it.

Really good for the price

The doorbell works pretty well and the HD quality image is really good. Just does not have good night view, but it's possible to mitigate the issue with some adjusts via app. Amazon always put this item on promotion, so wait for a good price.

Even wired it still needs batteries

Sadly need batteries even if wired to existing door bell. Ringer still works if you wire it up.

Designed to be ONLY used as a doorbell

It does the job I guess but I only uesd it briefly then returned it since it needs to be macgyvered into the plug since it doesn't have a USB or regular electric cable.

Way better than Ring Doorbell

When I moved, I decided to leave my Ring doorbell behind and use Blink's. I'm so glad I made the switch

Affordable doorbell camera

I previously already had a blink camera setup in my house so I wanted to keep it in the same ecosystem. Very easy to setup and install. Video quality is pretty good during the day...at night is okay, not the best quality but good enough to see if someone is at your door. Also you can set up exclusion zones like if your camera sees part of the street.
