Buyer beware

Won't turn on at all. I guess this is what I get for purchasing refurbished. Best buy doesn't back their products so buyer beware!

Cheap aftermarket display

I was sold a refurbished IPad with a plastic aftermarket screen. Cracked literally days after delivery. Quality was soooooo terrible. I feel robbed and will not purchase anything else from Best Buy!

Best Buy can’t even help with getting it replaced because it’s “refurbished”. Why sell products that are going to break down.

Daughter loves it for her digital drawing
