It works perfectly for what it is. The battery life is not as good as inwould like but for the model i cant really complain.

I wasn’t happy with my purchase because I got locked out of it and I took it to Apple and hide it wiped and it turned out to be a stolen or not really refurbished in the right way by Best Buy did me right by replacing it with a iPad ninth generation brand new only 64 GB, which is the downfall But I didn’t have to pay an extra dime so they will do you right if they do you wrong to start with but I still would buy from Best Buy over anyone else it all worked out in the end and as long as you stay calm, cool and collected when speaking to the manager of the store he or she will do you right

Looks exactly as a new one no scratches no nothing the only thing is that charges slow but with a original charger everything changes for good

Works great but the corner of the screen is cracked but only on the white part and but didnt go into the part you actually use.. we decided not to return because of the reviews.. we may end up with one that dont work at all!

Wrong item was sent. 32GB and rose gold instead of 128GB and silver. First and last time I'm purchasing refurbished from Best Buy. After waiting for over a week for it to be shipped, they wanted me to return it and then wait another week for them to deliver the correct product. Ordered from Amazon instead and got the correct product the next day.

There's a defect if I'm seeing anything on the Apple tabet and loaded the battery just goes down never charges only charges with it off

Purchased for the wife to give her a means to communicate after losing access to her phone when it locked up and unable to use, plus gives her a larger screen to view for reading ease. iPad works as claimed and suits her needs. Price was right at $137.xx for a refurbished device that works as good as a more expensive new one.

Purchased this as a birthday girft for my daughter. She only needs it for streaming, occassional games, internet and iXL from school. It works like new. Its also my 1st refurbished buy. I thpically dont like preowned or refurbished because I don’t know what defects it may have. But this one is a good buy. Will definitely buy another one!

This is my third one I’ve purchased. The condition they come in is great, they don’t seem to have any physical damage done to the shell and they perform just like they are brand new. My son took off his case for some reason and knocked it off our deck while he was leaning over the railing and it fell 20’ to its death. Which is why I’m buying another one.

It will lag sometimes otherwise great for a college student. Battery lasts a good bit but honestly not enough so keep a charger in hand. For content viewing its pretty perfect no probs there, screen is great.

Had to replace my IPad 7 after being lost at airport.i wanted the same one. Best Buy not only had it online, but at a GREAT deal. Not only did I purchase it, Best Buy helped me get my info from the lost one onto my new one. They helped me w glass screen, I’m too shaky, & replace my case. The IPad has working great & customer service was patient w me, as I’m not so computer savvy. They didn’t just sell me something, they helped me put it all together. I only use Best Buy App when buying appliances & tech. Their Geek Squad is always there & someone will always not only answer questions, but actually help. This is the only large store i shop at b/cause they still have real Customer Service & real ppl on the other end of line & an actual store i can bring things to & pick things up from. I made mistake of buying an AC from AMZN & it was a nightmare! My new tablet working great & now I’ve my eye on a new & extremely cheap phone in the near future.TY Best Buy Employees for all the help.
