    This is the 3rd computer sent to me by Best Buy the first one was the wrong computer the 2nd was damaged. The original purchase date was 12/18/21.

    Great laptop. Works wonderfully. The only problem i have is packet loss bc i work from home & my isp tells me its my port or adapter. Im on my 2nd adapter & its still gives me issues. Thats legit the only issue ive had woth it in a couple years.
