Some buttons not working that or I’m using it wrong very complicated without instructions. Delivery person went so quick in setting it up that my mother didn’t catch on I was at work, so therefore we need an instruction guide.

After having TWO ranges go kaput, we got this one and am happy we did. Stove top has good variety of size and heat. The simmer simmers, the extra hot boils fast. The griddle is so-so. We got the add-on grate and highly recommend doing that. The oven heats up pretty fast and has an even bake. It's been reliable, too, which the others weren't. I don't use the broiler much but it seems to work well, too!
