    Decent condition however I can see glue between the screen and keyboard and several keys are sticky. Shift key almost doesn't work.

    Do not buy this from best buy, or any other refurbished item because they will not fix anything that goes wrong. I've had this for less than a month, and one of the two ports stopped working and they will not fix it. I also asked the geek squad person why and where is that documented because I wanted to see how I missed that detail before purchasing and their response was literally, "I don't know where that is documented, I just can't do it."

    They shipped me a lower end model than the description. Make sure to check it is the correct model before the return window is over.

    Spend the extra $100 and just get it straight from Apple. A geek squad rep himself said these aren’t great. I ordered a gold one and it came with the screen damaged, so I got it replaced with another one in silver and that turned out to have a battery issue where it dies at 30%. I went to my closest Best Buy and they said they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to go to the store I purchased it from so they could override it or whatever. I called the store bc it’s like 60 miles away from me. They also said they couldn’t do anything bc the return/exchange period was over, why is it only 14 days btw? So in the end, I just reached out to Apple bc thank God they have a 1 yr warranty on all their products, so now I’m getting the battery replaced. These don’t come new looking either, both were scratched in some places and dirty. The chargers also had yellow stains on them. I thought refurbished meant newish?? Never getting anything from here again…
