This was delivered in a beat up plain white box with bubble wrap. The cord looks 15 years old and very used. Not box for the laptop with any original anything. This is NOT new yet sold as new. I will waste my time to return today, the day I rec’d. Come on Best Buy. Do not sell as new then put old junk in a box for $700. Not cool.

TERRIBLE, It showed up and worked for ONE day and then the screen starts flickering and I can't do a single thing. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. TERRIBLE.

Waste of money, bought to use garage band and apple has stopped support for older Mac’s. If you don’t already have GarageBand in you library, then there is no way to download it.

Just very upset. I ordered dispite the other reviews and I had just got it and it didn’t even turn on. And I didn’t even get offered a discount when I took it in to have it looked at. Like it’s very upsetting . I charged it and everything and all geek squad said was we will return it for you.
