Very disappointing…stopped working after just 45
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop as a refurbished product, and it only worked properly for about 45 days before it completely broke down. I took it to the Apple Store for a full diagnostic, and the cost of the repair was higher than what I originally paid for the laptop. This clearly shows that these “refurbished” products are not truly repaired or tested properly. It’s extremely disappointing to spend this much money on something that fails so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend buying refurbished products from here , they are simply not worth the risk.

Terrible. Computer doesn't work after three months

No warranty as it is 5 days out of the three month warranty period. Do not purchase anything from Best Buy -- terrible customer service.

Product unusable

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service was good, shipment was delayed one day, product was unusable… Even though product says geek squad certified and is promoted as a refurbished computer, this particular product had a remote management lock and when I returned to the store the technicians couldn’t reset and make the product usable. I’ve returned this product and have ordered another refurbished laptop, hoping they don’t sell more than one unusable product!
