The unit was still in warranty, so Samsung had a someone come out to fix it. A few months later, with the unit now out of warranty, the unit has an even louder grinding problem and Samsung refuses to pay for the fix. It's the exact same problem we reported during the warranty period, but the "expert" didn't properly fix it. Now that we are beyond the warranty period, Samsung is saying the repair is on my dime--this is borderline theft and terrible support. I would understand if it was a new/distinctly different issue, but it is not. Very disappointed and will avoid Samsung products going forward.

Makes laundry less of a chore

I haven’t had it very long and it’s already giving me problems. No matter what setting on choose or temp on the dryer it turns off within ten minutes of starting and I have to restart every ten minutes for it to dry my clothes. It’s super annoying and a waste of time.
