It really helps remove pet hair, but having to clean it out of the door seal is a bit of a pain. All in all cleans clothes well and I would purchase again!

It's self cleaning takes almost 4 hours but I assume it's thorough. I haven't had any smells come from it or anything weird happen. We wipe the inside of the door down after the last load of the day and leave the door slightly ajar so that it can air dry. No mold or any gunk has built up. We've had it for a year already and I love it! I hope it lasts a long long time!

Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options

Just what we needed
