The washer and dryer are amazing i love them my clothes smell so clean and they dry dry fast

I was a little skeptical at first to try a front loading washer, but I’m so happy I did! I absolutely love using it! It has plenty of wash options but it’s not overwhelming, very user friendly. It can wash quickly and it does a great job!

The washer works great. It is efficient and haven’t had any issues.

My family and I LOVE this washer. It is simple and easy to hook up right out of the box. The buttons are soft to tough, the machine itself is quiet and fast. Washing our clothes has never been so easy. Even our 10 year old does laundry with ease. Thank you Samsung for making a great washing machine. I highly recommend.

I bought this as a set with the Samsung dryer and have been very happy with both of them. The washer runs quietly and doesn't use a large amount of water, but cleans well, even stubborn stains seem to get more clean than our old washer, when pre-treated. The price seemed reasonable considering the quality and features. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend. Bought this washer after being tired of the hassle of my previous one that would not drain water out good enough from the items. This washer gets the job done and more. Washes very quickly and gets clothes very clean. It’s quiet and does not leave a ton of water in the clothes, bed sheets, etc afterwards. Would recommend to buy a vibration absorbing mat to place under it and you’ll be all set.

i was treated very respectfully and helped from the moment i arrived at the Montclair Outlet to the moment washer was loaded into the truck . The washer works amazing and is what i needed handles heavy blankets and comforters ,able to fit a decent loads . My clothes are clean and was Definitely a great purchase.

This Samsung front load washer is great. Bit is so easy to use, and has many options to choose from. When I am finished using it for the day, I wipe the inside glass door dry with a clean towel to keep it fresh-smelling. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

I agonized over buying a new washer and dryer set. I spent weeks researching all sorts of washers and dryers. I paid for my very old washer to be fixed (wasted effort) and then I pulled the trigger. Best. Decision. Ever. I could not be happier. The washer is quick, quiet and efficient. I love it.

Washer and Dryer where delivered on a very cold and snow coverd day and done so professionally. Installed in a very tight space so efficiently without any mess and PERFECTLY. Very pleased with the whole process including the personal attendiion given by salesman during initial purchase

In Feb. 2024, we purchased this new Samsung Washer & Dryer Combo with Pedestals to replace our 2015 versions. WOW... what a difference!!! The old washer would DISCO dance across the garage floor during the spin cycle. So far the new washer stays in place. The vibration reduction technology exceeds our expectations. The new dryer is quiet and efficient reducing the overall drying time compared to our older unit. Our garage looks fancy now with the Black Stainless Steel models. LOL Lastly, the local BestBuy Rep. Daniel was very knowledgeable and made the entire transaction easy. BestBuy will continue to be our go-to store for electronics & appliances.

Perfect got it for granddaughter Christmas present

The washer works well overall and is pretty quiet compared to my last one. There have been a couple of minor issues. I've found that if there is only one small item in the washer, sometimes the spin cycle will not start and the countdown to the end of the wash cycle will stay hung at 5 or 6 minutes until you cancel the cycle/turn off the washer. Also, I've noticed that many times there will be an area under the door that is damp after the wash cycle has completed, so it seems like the door seal doesn't work as well as it should or maybe there is a problem with ours.

Excellent washer with easy to follow buttons and quiet most of the cycle. Personally I love how quiet it can be, sometimes i forget i have a washing load going until it beeps.

This is a large washer. It weighs the laundry in order to figure out how much water is needed. It has no agitator so it's easier on your clothes. You can have up to 5 rinses if you want. The spin cycle is so efficient.
