I love the sleek and almost pink look of the machine. It runs fast and the smartswitch goes straight to my phone so I know when its done. It can be a little loud sometimes, but it's not as bad as other washing machines I've had.

Works as advertised. Easy to use and maintain. Quiet and nice looking.

Really love the large capacity and the effective spin cycle. I have not used any other setting except normal as yet. May do an update if the other settings are not good.

Absolutely LOVE it. Before, I had to go to a laundry to do my bedding because the top loading machine in my apartment (each apartment had its own washer/dryer) didn't have an agitator, so couldn't clean and spin them well enough. This front loader gets the job done, AND spins them dry enough that it only takes ONE cycle of my dryer to finish the load off. And the Cost ($722.00 total) can't be beat. The only thing I would have loved to have in it would be a 20 load soap/softener dispenser. But, for $722.00, what can you do! The Install team did a great job, even waiting for my maintenance guy to assist with one of the hoses that wouldn't come lose from the valve.

This is a great clothes washer. I bought a new washer a few years ago and was not happy with its performance. But once I used the Samsung Front Load Washer I realized just how much better it performed. Towels that had been washed numerous times but still had stains were now as clean as when they were new The difference was so profound, that it is hard to explain the huge difference this washer made. I highly recommend this wash machine.

I like how quiet it is when it spins. I like the music it plays when it is done.

I think the washer will be fine BUT! they won't tell you this at the store....if you have a existing pedestal, they will not put it on. They will hook up the washer, check it and leave. You have it put it on the pedestal yourself. If I would've been told that when I bought it....I would've just picked it up myself and install it.....because I have to redo it all anyway now. Almost canceled the order. BEWARE.

Works great. Silent running, clothes are very clean. Able to change presettings for the type of clothes I am washing. Plays a musical tune which can be annoying but has not been yet. Bought it for $599 which I thought was a good value.

This was an open box item and it is in very good condition.

Since I got this product about 2 weeks ago, it has been working smooth - the adjustments for speed has helped me to how I want my laundry done. The size is just perfect for the space in the my laundry room, The connectors are properly placed and it looks clean everywhere. I was amazed by how quiet it is while completing the cycle. I would recommend this product to eveybody. I know I made a good choice.

I love it. It’s quiet. I don’t have to stand on my toes to get laundry from the bottom of the washer. It’s very efficient, pretty and plays a nice tune when the laundry is done.

Quiet operation, easy operation, ample settings to play with for different clothing. The design is also modern and fits in with contemporary interiors.

Haven't had a single issue yet. Didn't think I'd ever "love" a washer. Was wrong about that..lol. All of the features are very easy to use and customizable.

This is my first non top loading washing machine and I LOVE IT! Takes the exact time to wash and does a fantastic job !

I would love to give this washer a 5/5 but sadly there are some small things that keep it away but besides that it’s a great product. It’s small size makes it great for a cramped area and the stack ability Helps with that too. This is a great washer for a small family. It’s also easy to use with a standard detergent tray and the ability to use powder detergent. Unfortunately even when leveled it is a bit jumpy but besides that I would reccomend It 100%
