Our seven year old Samsung Washing Machine had the drum/bearings go south on us. The NEW replacement has been a pleasure to use. More capacity for clothes. The functionality/features are further enhanced as well. Overall, very happy with this product!

Good washer for a good price. Not sure what you pay for when you spend an additional 3-500 on other front loaders. This one does everything I need.

Is my first washer and dryer I was looking around for a washer and dryer. I stopped at Lowe’s. Home Depot. Best Buy had the best deal I went to the store. It was a quick delivery. I’m happy with my purchase if you’re looking for your home electronics bestbuy is this the place to go

Love, love, love this washer. Lots if cool features and I can control it from my phone. I know when a load is done and i can start a load on the way home.

User friendly washer. Seems to save on energy costs. Several different functions to get the best wash of any load.

The Speed mode is fantastic, I have been using the washer for a few weeks now and I have been blown away by it. First of all, it is very quiet and at times I forget its on. And the speed mode is great, know how much tkme is needed before its completed. Love the count down.

Just as I expected. My clothes are clean, the cycle wash is quiet, and I can fit a lot of clothes into the drum. I happy with my purchase.

It has been working very well and its design is beautiful. 100% recommended by me. If you are looking for a new washer this is a great option.

I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

This product is great. Runs very quietly and your clothing comes out very clean ,with all.dtauns and dirt removed. Mako g your clothing smell like a mou tain breeze. Thank s BestBuy and Samsung

Excellent! We are surprised by the quality of this washer and its many options. The steam cycles are fantastic. My husband was skeptical of front loaders until experiencing this design. Also, we love the champagne finish in our home. Terrific!

Love the ease of use of all the functions and the look. Just becareful what you place on top so you don’t scratch paint job.

4.5 cubic feet is truly impressive and it is a very quiet washing machine.

Great washer, is very fast and cleans the clothes. I wish I could change the door handle to the other side so that it opens the opposite direction.

So far the washer has not disappointed me. I highly recommend this washer.
