    The printer itself is fine, it replaced an earlier model HP Envy. Set up on my network took some time, but eventually got done. It’s the HP smart app that is giving me issues printing from my iPad, not from my laptop.

    Two 8 year old printers of another brand stopped working on the same day during printing of a time sensitive project. HP Envy was delivered quickly, easy to get set up, and no worry of running out of ink. Perfect solution and project completed in time.

    I was so pleased how easy it was to set up my new printer and enroll in the HP Ink Club. This printer was recommended for my photo project and great for my niece and her college papers she needs to print out. Very satisfied with the HP-Envy Inspire 7255e.

    BE AWARE!!! Despite the two responses to questions in this area from the HP Team, this printer DOES NOT print to 8.5x14" paper. WHY would they make a printer that doesn't print to 8.5x14" paper? As a result I cannot recommend the printer to someone else. But, if you don't need that size, it's a fine enough printer with a low profile Otherwise the printer is fine but I bought the printer based on those answers and I'm NOT a happy camper!

    This is an excellent printer for the price. It's easy to hook up and get going. It only took about 30 minutes. Great quality for your everyday printing needs.

    Super easy. Bought this and even able to remotely install it. HP has tried to so wireless buttons and really thin our the chassis but this one is a better pick.

    My old hp printer dies and I was so happy to find this k e that used the same ink but has updated features. It even uses the same power cord for a super-easy install.

    Needed a printer that worked and this one does! Our Best Buy Associate helped us select and also got the tech support package and they came, installed and got us running.     Have used it a few weeks. So far working well...prints quick. Have found that when printing several pages it needs the USB plugged into computer. 1 or 2 pages no trouble with wireless printing.

    I'm excited to have a wireless printer. The installation instructions were clear enough that even I, a technology dinosaur, could follow them and get the printer connected with my computer. Happy day :) It may take me a while to discover and use all its bells and whistles.
