    This is nice printer, not worth what I paid for it but the picture quality seems nicer than most, just slower than slow to produce your copy

    The printer didn't work out of the box. It said there was no paper, even though there was. I did all possible troubleshooting, which led to HP telling me to do a factory reset and set it up again as I did out of the box. The printer stopped part way through set up with an error code. HP did have a solution for the error code. So, the printer is stuck part way through set up. Needless to say, I am returning it. Based on my experience and other reviews, I do not recommend this printer.

    I purchased this printer for my daughter after purchasing a computer, she needed it for school , it was easy to set up and so friendly that my 12 year old had no problem with it.

    This printer would work better thrown into the road and ran over by a dump truck. The photo tray always jams, always, and causes the printer to resemble a machine gun trying to run through its sequences (which take forever). When it does work, its nothing short of a miracle.

    Love this printer..so easy to use...does a 2 - sided paper so easily...and finally I can make copies..2 sided also. Good go have color again.. Yes, I'd highly recommend it to all.
