This washing machine is very quiet! I like the large capacity.

This washer would have gotten 5 stars, except for the fact that the first washer delivered to me had a cracked drum and leaked water all over the floor. Best Buy promptly replaced it with a new one and this one is working amazing great so far.

Very nice machine, great finish. Huge tub, love the agitator.

I love it! I read all the reviews before it arrived and was thinking we made another mistake. My last HE machine only lasted 7 years. Things came out dirtier than they went in. This time, I made sure we got ine with an agitator. Its been a few weeks now and I cant complain.

I've had a Kenmore Elite for 18 yrs and it was an excellent machine. Never thought I would've been able to match the performance of that machine until I bought my LG. It's really an efficient machine.

Overall, I love this washer and it does a great job cleaning. I did have a balancing issue on bedding which I thought to be odd, for a waterproof mattress protector and had to readjust the load. Otherwise, I haven't had to rewash any items which is phenomenal in my book!

It was the perfect fit for my needs. I have 40 cats and clean clothes sheets and towels are a constant job.

I’ve had for 9 months and so far so good. I use to use basic washers and these are my only 2 gripes: -Many of the wash cycles are at minimum an hour long -be sure to not wash one heavy thing at a time and wash multiples so that the drum balances - otherwise the washer will keep running over and over until balanced -tray for detergent is sometimes filled with water - not sure if normal or not -sometimes the “normal wash” setting doesn’t submerge all of the clothes. I do “deep wash” (not deep fill - there’s a difference a deep fill completely fills the washer) and deep wash seems to submerge everything completely. It will take about an hour or so though. Even with these gripes it’s still a really good washer for the price. Keeping my fingers crossed that I won’t have any major issues.

This machine is awesome. Love the deep fill setting. Gets clothes super clean. The tub is huge and you can do large loads. The control buttons might be a bit figgety but it’s no big deal.

Very deep tub, need a step stool to reach. Works geat.

The washer is large and washes the clothes well. Only problem I have encountered is that the soap dispenser isn’t easy to remove and water seems to stay in the dispenser after the load is finished washing.

So far so good , we were happy with our old washing machine but bought this new one since our old machine was old and we were anxious about it aging out

After a few weeks of use it's working awesome. Hand an older HE set and they were too slow. Cleans clothes really well and dries really fast!

So far so GOOD, had our washer for over a month now and it washes better than our front loading Samsung washer. My clothes come out more clean and I don't have to leave the door open to ventilate so it doesn't build up mildew.

I have been using this now for a couple of weeks. I was skeptical about a high efficiency. However, I found it cleans great and I tend to use the deep fill which is plenty of water. The one downside I found is I can not figured out if you can turn off the auto sensor for the water level. So I just automatically use the DFL. My clothes are very clean. I am really loving this new machine it is so big! I have no problem washing my queen size comforters! Love it!
