This is a replacement from a more upscale model I had. So far I've had no issues other than it was not balanced when the technician installed it.

So far it works great, i had a front load washer before so i took a chance on the new top loader washer and to early to tell but forsure no problems.

Very cool washer. Very quiet. This washer balance the clothes well before start the program and the ThinQ does a great job. When it spins there is NO vibration. It's amazing. I love this washer machine.

Love my washer! I previously had a Maytag and considered that a very reliable with the capacity to wash blankets and comforters. However, the LG is deeper. I was amazed at how much I could put in there.

Does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes you just have to trust the washer to do its job without your help or intervention and don't over soap it just use what is the proper amount of soap.

Performs well. LG has been very good appliance for me. My last unit that was similar worked well for over 14 years.

Overall pleased with the washer. The run time is a little longer than expected. The flexibility of adding a cycle seems limited. I tried to create a new one for my bicycle clothes, I was not able to customize it for what I wanted. Good capacity.

Great functions and easy technology. This machine saved me a lot of time when I do the laundry is so big capacity.

My clothes go in dirty. They come out clean. I suspect this washer has something to do with it.

this washer is a large capacity washer. you can fit a king size bedspreed in it with no problem. the controls are easy to use and it runs great.

Best Buy delivery was on time and professionally done. This washer is awesome. So large. Many different wash cycles. More than I need. Glad I bought this one. It was on sale for 50 off.

I love my new washer it is so large I can now was all my bedding including my king size comforter. I was always going to a laundromat to was my bedding now I can do it more frequently at home.

I like the size of the wash machine it holds two full loads at a time. You must make sure you have the settings correct and make sure the spin cycle matches your wash load. Haven't experienced any other problems.

I do like this big Top Load Washer. It took me awhile to figure out the settings, but finally got it. But the nice little song at the end has stopped playing and it has only been one month. I will try and call to see if this might be covered under waranty.

I love this washer, it is fast and washes very well! It does make a lot of noises but not anything that should be cause for alarm.

Great washer with huge capacity! Lots of cycle options and the turbo wash saves so much water. Highly recommend for a big family.
