Wow this thing can hold some laundry. 5.5 cubic capacity! I put all my bedding in it and that usually fills and entire washer and this thing is only half full! I’m able to do more laundry in one load which not only saves water but also detergent. A bottle of he tide detergent when following instructions lasts forever! Great purchase and very happy with this washer and the matching dryer!

Very pleased with this purchase! The size of the washer drum is exactly what I needed for my King bedsheets and comforter. I feel like I don’t have as much laundry to wash at a time now too!

We have had it for just a few short weeks, but so far it has exceeded our expectations. We replaced a front load washer and are pleased with how much better the clothes smell after the wash. We will never buy a front load washer again!

I am extremely happy with this machine. My clothes are coming out of the wash cleaner and no off balance issues with larger loads. The dryer is great too. I love the option of opening the door from the side or down from the top.

This LG washer exceeds my expectations. Our last two washers have had predictable features and performance. I was immediately impressed with the large capacity and washing options. The app feature letting me know when the load was completed has been a wonderful feature. However, the extreme quietness of this washer is incredible.

I was looking for a new washing machine and researched all of the big brands before making a purchase. After Samsung had a recall for 2.8 million machines, I became concerned about the brand that I spent my money on. Well, it took over a week to determine it would be an LG and the day before I made my purchase, I saw the consumer report rating them the highest for washing machines. This was all I needed to see and I placed my order the next morning. Two day’s later, the machine was delivered and everything went smoothly. The machine itself, is packed with features and even though we o lay tested out a few different settings, all work better than expected. The spin cycle seems to remove more water than any other machine that I even used and this equates to a very quick drying time as well. LG is doing things right and without even k owing it, we already purchased 2 LG televisions and an LG microwave oven as well. I guess their slogan is correct, “life is good”...

Seems to clean well. Its not fast. Normal cycle is about 60 minutes. The soap dispenser fills with water. Seems odd even if its normal.

Performs extremely well. No imbalance issues Quiet.

I like that it is operationally like the one I had before with one exception, the tub is huge!! I no longer have to spend all day doing Laundry. I've only used the turbo on lightly soiled clothing because we don't do anything to get very dirty but it works great for us. I get all the bedding, clothing, towels, etc done in less than a day. It used to take me 2 to 3 days. So glad we bought this machine

I love this washer. It gives me all the options I was looking for. It is very deep so I sometimes need a teacher to get socks on the bottom (I'm 5' tall). I've had it for 6 months and noticed a clicking when I open the lid.

So far I have had this machine for 9 months and I love it. Like others have mentioned definitely very deep I even had to buy a little ladder to be able to get all the clothes out. Color is amazing and fir perfect where I needed it in my apartment.

Gigantic and awesome! Quiet and thoroughly cleans everything ... including a king size comforter!
