Still new but it works flawlessly; I had a good Samsung clothes washer before and it was great until it started to leak after 9 years of daily use. I have no complaints about this washer, they get “smarter” as technology improves so the wash cycle is much shorter for this one depending on the size of the load.

Great washer, easy-to-use, if you're petite it might be difficult getting to the bottom of the washer to get your clothes, I'm 5'6 and I have some difficulty getting clothes that are on the bottom, other than that I love it

The washer is great in cleaning my chothes. The only complaint that i have is that theres excess water in the detergent tray after every wash. Other than that i have no complaints.

Excellent!!!! I can’t complain. Bestbuy helped us a lot in fixing broken stuff from “Open box” situation. Now, our machine is running perfect and working like a horse.

Washer goes off balance easily with towels & sheets. My old Maytag never did. Washing choices are difficult to figure out and some of the cycles are over an hour long.

It was good buy on sale for $500. It is deep so it is something to consider if you are short. Nice app andcontrols.

I love everything about this washer, it has all the features that anyone would want, however, I don't know why they don't have an "underwear" setting? Surely these are some of the most washed items ever?

So I went from a front load to a top load with this set. I’ve had gront loads since 1995. I absolutely love this washer. It has a setting for everything and it’s huge like really huge. I love this washer so much works so amazing !

We have had this washer for almost 2 years now. I am very pleased with the washer. It has many cycle choices that all work well. My only complaint is not having a write user’s manual, or at least a choice to get one. I would have like to have more information on the different cycles.

I'm really happy with this washing machine. Huge capacity; I can wash all my bedding including my comforter all in one load. One note: it's top loading and deep, I'm 5'2" and sometimes it's hard to reach the bottom to get out all the items.

Great washer and nice functionality. Although not a necessity, WiFi compatibility was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent machine and it cleans very well! A little noisy during certain cycles, but I will take that for the quality. Loaded with all the cycles and features that you will ever need.

We put this washer in a beach house with the primary goal of washing lots of towels and sheets at the same time. It performs better than anticipated. The WIFI features are an added bonus because it pushes notifications to our phones whenever a cycle is done.
