Bought a new home and without hesitation, bought LG for washer and dryer (bought first set for my previous home). These are solid machines, great warranty, and easy to coordinate delivery and install with Best Buy. Hoping these work just as well as my old set!

It was what i was looking for. I love it with all the different settings it has to do laundry easy and quicker.

Great washer machine nice and big still haven’t down loaded the app for the WiFi features . I feel it washes quick faster and than my old Samsung washer .

Love my new washer! I am a favorite if LG washers and dryers! They’re reliable and work well. I love them steam feature and the gigantic washer tub. You will too!

Have not used it yet. Need to move shelving to get it to the basement.

So far I’ll give it 4 stars. I like the turbo wash. I got the steam feature, but haven’t used it yet. Didn’t realize how much time it would add to the cycle. Haven’t been able to get the Wi-Fi connected yet.

Love it I like the deep tub for comforters. It does a great job with towels spinning the water out. My dryer is still on back order I hope it gets here soon.

W/D seem fine, create a bit more wrinkles than I would have expected (assume from the washer setup), but they seem to clear in the dryer. Buttons take a little getting used to, but overall solid. My only real issue is delivery folks failed to connect drain hose, so first load leaked all over. Had to escalate to get them back.

Love love love it! We had to replace our beautiful front load Samsung steam ones bc I had nothing but issues with them in the whole three years I had them. So far these LG ones have been great!

Love the steam and turbo wash features. Easy operation, quiet, and cleans clothes better than any washer I have used. The price was excellent.

My last washer was an lg and loved it, I love this one too. All my appliances are lg. They seem to have a longer life than other brands.

This is my second one. I liked it so much that when my dryer went out, I purchased both the washer and dryer so they would match.

Amazing!!!!!!! My washer was only 5tears old but it took 90 minutes to do a wash. This new one is fantastic!!!! Takes no time at all. Lots of settings. Love, love, love it!!!

After a year and it is still working great. The WiFi feature is useless and I have never gotten it to work. It simply will not connect to the WiFi as it only supports 2.4ghz access points. My network has both 2.4 and 5 ghz as do most modern WiFi. Also the finish scratches easily.

I like it but I don't like every time I open the washer if I'm just looking it set a time automatic to start to power on

So far I love it. I love the sleek black look. It gets the job done and I have no complaints. I do like the app feature. The app tells me when the cycle is done and it also has a smart diagnostic feature that helps me when there is a problem with the appliance.

The washer and dryer came with. Lot of tape/plastic stain that’s very difficult to remove without leaving a mark on it in an attempt to have it Removed
