This product exceeded all of my expectations this far. It sounds great from bass, mid, to treble. The battery life was better than I expected. I wear it all day, charge it when I get home, and it charges crazy fast! Also, my boss is happy because they don't plug up my ears. Dare I say that this is better than what Apple is pushing out. Only boondoggle would be that if you wear glasses, it might fit a bit weird. To me, it was no-factor. It works, it's great. I might get one for my Dad for Father's Day.

These are great headphones for its purpose: to listen to music/calls/movies in non noisy environments. These are bone transmitting devices; the high frequencies will never make it to your ears, the lows pretty decent, but… this is not a high fidelity device. I would say these are made to listen both surroundings and your phone, but not a quality perfect device. I love being able to connect to Zoom Meetings while I also monitor my house mix. Battery lasts long and microphone is pretty decent as well. The ergonomics make you feel you are not wearing a thing.

Works great!!! Even while walking with heavy road traffic I am able to listen! The Bluetooth connection is quick. Able to raise the volume at the headphone when the volume of iphone is already maxed out. Still able to respond and listen to conversation while in use. Charging is fast and it last a long time. Even when it announces that it is getting low it still last more than any headphone I have had before. Very nice, competitive useful pretty product.

Works very well while running and comfortable to wear. Music sounds good and noise cancellation works well enough without entirely blocking the surroundings, which would be a hazard running on the road anyways. Since there are no buds in the ear, no annoying sweat running into the ear canal and it's more comfortable to wear since they just go around the ear. This does make the music sound slightly different from standard buds but still very clear. However, one star off for lack of decent bass, but this seems to be a common issue with bone conduction open ear headphones.

Best headset I've ever had! I listen to music all day at work and can still chat with people in person while wearing them. They're also great for hands-free phone calls. The battery life is impressive – it lasts more than a day and a half on a single charge. They're very comfortable once you get used to them. Sometimes, I even wear them to bed. Plus, they fully recharge in just about an hour.

I've owned every aftershokz/shokz product and these are the best by far. The sound quality and battery life are great. The comfort is almost as if your not wearing them. Wish they came with two charging cables, but the battery life is so good there is no worries. Would recommend for people with active lifestyles or people working like me in the an environment where i need to hear my surroundings.

This product exceeded my expectations. As an avid cyclist, I am often forced to deal with the wind in my ears. These headphones played at a moderate volume is a game changer. I no longer hear the wind and I can hear a the sound of a horn or an emergency vehicle. The design fits snug under my helmet with no issues. The only trade off is bass, you don’t want music that you rely on the beat to amp up your workout. You must learn to appreciate acoustics once again.

Love the flexibility and comfort. Sound is good when in a quiet to semi quiet area. When in a loud environment the sound admitting from the ear speakers is hard to music, or the person on the phone. This is my second one purchase, first one I lost.

This is my first pair of bone conducting headphones. I knew the sound wasn't going to be on par with other traditional over the ear headphones, but the battery life, sound quality, and comfortability of these is great. I love that they stay in place whenever I go jogging and I can still hear everything when listening to music. Definitely worth the money.

Pros... 1. They sound nice without being overwhelming. 2. They are nicely durable. I was concerned that with my big acorn head that the headphones would not consistently stay on my head, but they do. 3. The bass response is adequate in terms of the headphones do I good job of just replaying at the quality of the song that is being played. 4. I love the fact that the headphones are not actually in my ears!!!! Cons... 1. I do not like the idea of the proprietary charger. I have created a new category called 'It can go either way' lol.... Either way depending on how you feel.... 1. The volume is a good level, but the whole you can hear other stuff? Well.... That has not been my experience. I still like them and even get compliments on them. But when I walk at the park, folk you can still walk up on me from behind and I do not hear them. I do have a hearing problem so I did not think it was a fair con on the headphones. 2. Price.... For what they do? They are amazing! Could they be cheaper? Well.... I think everything should be free so I am not the best person to judge that item. With the above as your background.... I do believe the headphones are fairly priced and the quality and price are a good match and I would buy again at this price point. I am happy that I opted for these instead of the other ones with less features.

I'm giving this 5 stars, but please read the entire review. I was new to bone conduction audio and I've had these headphones now for about a month. I will say this: Privacy is top notch with these headphones for you listening. Why I love these headphones is because of my personal need to listen to a podcast, be on a conference call, or on the phone while maintaining situational awareness.... I need to hear my surroundings since I work alone and often in remote locations. These are PERFECT for my needs. They would be excellent for runners or cyclists who need to stay attentive to their surroundings. They keep working for a full day with no disappointment. The Bluetooth keeps working flawlessly between the TWO devices you can pair to. If you happen to be an audiophile - this is not the purchase for you. It's not BAD, but if audio quality is your focal point, you should not be looking at this technology to scratch that itch.

I have had every generation of the Shokz head phones & each generation gets better. I believe this is one of the best products on the market today. It’s sound quality, connectivity, battery life & comfort of wear is totally awesome. My ear canals are small and other Bluetooth irritates my ear & are painful. Yes I totally recommend the Shockz headphones to everyone who wants a well made product & one that is functionally awesome. Joan F.

I've had these over a year, and still wear them daily, often all day. They handle multiple devices really well, are comfortable, and the open-ear concept means I can get notifications or hear videos/messages without disturbing anyone. I can even use earplugs with them and still hear, which has been useful at work. The sound quality is good, though I'm no audiophile. I use them primarily for podcasts, calls/meetings, and mobile games. Open ear does mean the sound can be overwhelmed by ambient sounds, which is fine for music on a run but can be distracting for podcasts and calls. The shape behind the head is not very comfortable for laying down on your back, but I've worn them to sleep on my side without issue.

There lite weight. I can wear them all day and not even realize I have them on. Battery life last for about 3 days on use. Sound quality is excellent. I can actually hear the other person when I'm in noisy situations. Extremely noisy i still have to plug my ear, but there much much better than the other brand I had. So far so good with water resistant. I've gotten them wet multiple times and they just keep going.

Pros: Long battery life, over ear loops so don’t fall off every 2 seconds, love hearing both headphones & unimpeded ambient sound, excellent microphone for hands free calls, easy to use controls. Tip: Use cheap foam earplugs with these to enhance headphone sound while blocking ambient sound for those occasions when you want to tune out the world. Only con: wearing all day with my glasses can make my ears a bit tender where both rest against my head. Maybe it is time for lasik….

I purchased one of these headsets for my Mother because I love them so much myself! They are comfortable and the sound is clear. Great for exercising instead of stuffing something in your sweaty ears this fits nicely around your neck/head, you can jump or run with them without slipping away from your ear. The price is a bit costly, either wait until they go on sale or search a payment plan for these, it is worth the investment-I plan on having these for awhile.

Not blown away by them but they perform the job i needed. Only complaints is the volume doesnt go high enough and voice (podcasts) tend to be a little on the quiet side. Voices become drowned out if there is moderate traffic noise. The proprietary charging interface is not a nice feature. If you lose the cord you are SOL. They are very comfortable but id say price is a bit high for what you get.
