I own the similar aftershockz and I would not have ordered these Shokz after testing them out. The base improvement is overstated and I dont tell the difference at all. While I still love these and they are a slight battery improvement overall, I felt like they marketed them a bit too hard (part of the rebranding to drum up sales even more) and I took the bait and I'm not noticing the differences. I generally listen to hip hop or electronic music.

Can't say enough good things about this. Amazing for those who want to be able to listen to surroundings. Sound quality is fairly good. People around can't hear anything (unless the volume is turned up high and they're very very close) Everyone in the family wanted one she trying these out so will be grabbing a few more

Excelent quality. Sound is great, Battery time is as promised.

One of my favorite ways to listen to stuff. Best thing over all other styles is you can still hear people around you and what your listing to. If you want better quality use ear plugs. Good for phone calls allowing for hands free. They are light weight and charge fast and like the magnetic plug. 2 difference sizes so measure to see which 1 would be best.

Use it to watch movies late in bed while the wife snores herself in a deep slumber. Battery last long enough to get tired and join the slumber party.

I bought these to use while mountain biking. I wanted to be able to listen to music but I think it’s important to be able to hear your surroundings while mountain biking for safety. They work perfectly and fit great even while wearing a helmet and biking glasses.

Work and sounds great. Use it at the gym, never falls off. Can hear the music very well and don't have to pull them outta your ear like a ear bud type to hear people. Highly recommend. Great, full range sound. I can go 3, 1 hour workouts a week on a charge.

Excellent headphones. They're light weight and effective. My only complaints are the buzzing sometimes feels uncomfortable and tickles at times.

They are really awesome. I can jog run work around the house play with my dogs and they will not come off. The sound is great. I really enjoyed him so far. The only real problem that I have with them is they’re not adjustable on the back of your head, leaving a very big gap, but like I said they have awesome sound and they will not come off when you’re exercising jogging, etc.

I have been using these while working outside for over a year now. It is great to be able to hear both my music and any potential job hazards at the same time. With the open ear design, you can also wear hearing protection in loud environments and still hear your music. I love the case to keep them in as well, but I do wish the charger was usb.

these are really nice headphones. Sits around ears well and are comfortable and have good sound

Got these for my husband as a birthday gift he has used them everyday since and absolutely loves them! Great for work as he is a mechanic who likes to listen to stories or music most days but hated when his earbuds would fall out of his ears. So great even his coworker went out the next day to buy himself ones too.

These are awesome. I purchased a cheaper pair from another retailer as a trail run they worked but had issues (they were under $30...). But the shockz are great. Music and call quality! And they have built in noise cancellation for the mic when on a call and it works!
