It's been several months and we still notice every day how easy it is to see everything, and how convenient it is. HOWEVER, I would NOT buy this from Best Buy. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life. I hate to say it, because we have been regular customers, but for this product it has been awful. The door was dented upon arrival, and our Best Buy installers said they couldn't install it because of a plumbing problem. So we hired a plumber who came immediately and said there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. From that point on, getting anyone to respond to us to install the refrigerator, replace the damage, etc. was practically impossible. It literally took months to get a response and things still aren't resolved. Bottom line: don't hesitate on the refrigerator, but buy it somewhere else.

Spacious but already having issues

We thought it was a filter issue so we changed and we are still having the same issue a year now. Other than that, the fridge is great for space. We love the hidden door feature when we want to grab a quick beverage but just sucks that we’re having a water issue already

I should have gone with the model that has shelves in the freezer as it allows for easy storing and viewing of items. I returned it after two weeks and exchanged for the model will shelves.
