Less than 3 months and it's no longer working. Great price. But not very useful. I have to keep reinstalling the software.

Mobile printing was a problem. I had to reconnect to my WiFi multiple times whenever I turned the printer on.

Do not buy this printer. I have to turn it on amd off 14 times before it prints. It never connects properly and prints crappy wuality. Im throwing it in ten garbage whwre it belongs.

Not yet all recommended.. not yet all user friendly.. always paper jam

I have own couple of Canon printers but this model is no good. I tried several times to print wireless and followed the instructions without luck.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this printer. I purchased it almost 6 months ago and only needed to print maybe a dozen times with only 2 successful prints. When the printer is tasked with a job everything seems to process correctly but it prints nothing. Network connection is always established and does not produce any error messages. Wish I could return it!

I have had trouble with this printer from day one. Some days it prints and other days it does not. Before I take it back I will try again at my new location December 15

No real manual--mostly pictures. Difficult to get working. Plug still has to be pressed into machine every time before I print or copy. So plug doesn't really work correctly.

Set up was easy . Just followed Canon instructions on their app. Only problem was that on the Best Buy web site it said the copier had fax capability . It doesn't. Had last Canon printer for 12 years. Hope this one lasts that long.

Jammed the first time I had to print over 10 pages (double side), and continues to do so. The one I received is fine for very small print jobs. Scans great with good detail.

Difficult to matain a wifi connection. 90% of time it reports as unavailable. It now resides in the dumpster where it belongs.

Printer is loud and slow. It’s hard to figure out the scanning capabilities

could not get hooked to computer or phone, very complicated set up instructions, returned and bought a hp, we were printing pictures in 10 mins

I have tried and tried to get this printer to work. I either get messages saying restart router, can't communicate with the printer, move phone closer to router, weak signal or it just gets stuck saying communicating. This thing is going back to the store.

Instructions for set up are way too hard to follow. Paper doesn’t load correctly. Spent over an hour just trying to set up

I use this printer for a variety of items including party invitations wedding invitations, programs and more. I am able to print on various media such as paper, lightweight cardstock, heavyweight cardstock, t-shirt transfers. The image quality is great, I find the colors to be pretty true.

Have not had to use it much and my biggest hope is that the ink lasts longer than my last printer. Was easy to set up.

SAVE YOUR MONEY kept saying something jammed nothing found took back and was told they can’t help me out! Lost $100 bucks!

It will not work ...wireless..it has complications...I have tried everything to get it to work..

Started out ok. August now and only the back feeder works. very very light usage. Just started 1st refill of black ink.
