Connections frustrate me

I love how the paper loads. The online set up tutorial was perfect. It prints in such beautiful color. My recipe cards and Christmas cards have come out perfect

Works great

The only thing that I do not like is that it will auto turn itself off after not using for a while rather than just going to sleep until a job is sent to it. So if you want to print, you need to go turn it on before your computer will see the available printer.

Canon TR7020a -- a good value

The prints and copies are clean and strong. It's rather light. Drawbacks, if any, are (1) only a few pages in the paper tray at a time, and (2) the scanner is not a button on the printer, but a downloaded driver to your computer and/or phone. It took me a while to realize that. But again, for the price and LIGHT use, it's perfect.

It was an AWESOME buy and he loves it. User friendly enough for an 80 yr old man to setup and use
