Paper feed issues.

Had to try multiple times to get a document to print. Eventually the first page would print after a couple of paper jams on the bottom. When removing the paper there wasn’t any tension. Subsequently after the first page would print it would either jam in the same place or the printing would start before the paper was in the correct place. I’m guessing the paper feed is not working properly. So much for reliability from Canon.

Don't buy it

Went to the store to change it but I bought it 30 days ago. Bob from Greek Squad kindly tried to fix it. No success. Piece of junk.

Should Have Bought an HP...

Frequently disconnects from the wifi. This was never an issue with our previous HP printer. Lastly, anytime you try to print double-sided it jams in multiple locations. I will never buy a Canon printer again.

Terrible Printer

They always disconnect from the network. Even when you know they're connected they say they're "offline". Sometimes it'll print so slowly that a three page document can take 10 minutes. I have never had so much trouble with a printer. Seriously regret this purchase.
