Great quality but slow booting up and not a good program for all around printing, scanning, or copying. I'm not sure why Canon got rid of their ultra consumer friendly multi-use program but the one used now is useless. DO BETTER CANON!

I replaced an old hp printer and it’s been the best choice I have made!! This canon printer is amazing and I have no regrets buying it. Works well printing from all different Apple devices. Took 10 minutes to setup and was ready to go. Also is aesthetically pleasing and that’s saying a lot because it’s a printer

It works well, but sometimes the paper feeder tends to roll more then one paper at a time, having to remove excess paper from roller.

It's a good printer, I really got a lot of value for what I paid for it. HOWEVER, there are no set up instructions that come with it. So, you have to call the provided phone number, click the provided URL code, or visit the provided web address. WHEN I did this, I was automatically directed to a malicious "on line help" site, and some professional scammer tried to tell me that my computer was infected with all kinds of viruses, and we had to get rid of them, before he could help to connect my computer with my new printer. This guy was very, very smooth, and professional. The plans he was trying to sell me cost anywhere from $200 to $800 per year. I almost fell for it. Luckily, I declined his offers, and hung up the phone. I eventually figured out how to get it working, on my own. I DID call the correct phone number! Someone at the Canon company intentionally redirected my call to the scammer. Probably in exchange for a percentage of whatever he could get out of me. Be careful folks! Don't let this happen to you!

Printer works great. If I knew how the ink worked I wouldn’t have gotten it though.

Delivered to wrong house, no biggy. Great product. Had some difficulty installing (my problem) after getting everything straightened out itt's a terrific unit.

It’s too loud and slow. I give it 3 stars and would give it 4, but my experience purchasing it was not great. The printer prints amazingly well, but it does print slowly but for this price point you cant expect more. I love the color and the sleek look. If you have a lot to print or scan, then this one might not be for you but if you only print important documents every now and then, I recommend it. The reason I took a star off was because BB promised to price match with Amazon ($10 off, no big deal) but got an error message and refused to attempt anything else. I had to call BB directly to get those $10 reimbursed to my account days later.

This is a great printer/copy machine, and it is very easy to use.

At time of purchase, cashier encouraged applying for a card and I was very hesitant. I finally agreed. Knowing I included Best Buy as part of my purchasing power is comforting . I am not stressed about my next pending purchases of a stove and refrigerator. My printer is great! Thanks for accepting my application for my Best Buy Credit Card.

Easy to use and affordable for the price. Worth the price

Canon has good quality printing using inkjet. The print will be readable after a couple years. Little setup info is in package, so you need to get online. It scans one page at a time. Two sided printing works well, no error codes or other problems.

Works well, so far. Had difficulty with previous, but this on is working well. Not hard for me to set up.

I have been a fan of Canon printers for many years. I needed a second printer to help with my printing needs. This printer is definitely a great value for the price and really easy to use as well as reliable. My favorite part about this printer is that it uses only two printer cartridges. I do recommend this printer.
