You scan through the app which is different but wish there was a button on the printer to do this. Good for home office with light printing.

Very slow printing

I bought this to replace a 20+ year old Epson which had finally given up the ghost, and which was lightning fast compared to this Canon. Obviously I was wrong to assume that advances in technology since then would have at least made it as fast as that museum piece. The print quality is good, I’ll say that, but have a crossword puzzle, or a book, to have something to do while you wait for your print job.

Great Printer

It’s perfect for my needs. I like the small footprint and the looks of the printer. It was pretty easy to setup … but I initially had problems setting up the printer using my iPhone. But I was able to set it up after going to the Canon website on my laptop. I highly recommend this printer for light usage.

Very rarely, the printer won’t show up on my phone when I go to print, but it shows up if I turned bluetooth off and back on. Otherwise it works very well.

It also allows you to print on both sides of a sheet of paper without physically turning the paper and putting it back into the printer. It is great for a retired person with limited financial resources.
