    Loving my G15 so far! I added 1TB NVME SSD and its been perfect. I use it for work and for games! It doesnt look like a traditional gaming laptop with all the flair. Its a much more subdued standard looking (but thin!) device. Would recommend!

    I had issues with Armoury Crate, which was very disappointing. You need to uninstall the program and then reinstall it from Asus. Geek Squad was awesome in figuring out what was wrong and correcting the problem.

    Overheats sighing just a few minutes of being on… gets very hot to the touch. None of the power features would work - won’t sleep when closing lid, etc - drivers don’t work with my wireless hdmi or my dj software. Likes to shutoff randomly and freeze up, probably overheated. I can turn it on and run zero apps and it still over heats. Research keep telling me lots of Windows 11 driver issues… I returned and got the ASUD Zenbook for half the price, no issues and it’s running windows 11 too.

      We do understand your concern about thermal issues. It is normal for the laptop, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. During the initial Windows setup, system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. Also, keep Windows, drivers and BIOS updated in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance.

    Great Until It Wasnt

    Ive had this laptop for about a year and a half... its great when you dont have any issues! However about 6 months into owning it i had a fan go out. I contacted asus to get a part and they told me i had to send it back and that would be the only way to fix it. I ended up finding a knockoff one that works great after they refused to sell me a replacement part. I am now writing this today as my 3060 died and is no longer working. Had high hopes for this rog zephryus but now here i am a few months out of warranty with a paperweight

    Great Computing Foundation

    Picked this up based on feedback from a friend that is an avid gamer, animator, and crypto-miner. This model served him well, so I thought but would be more than enough for me to do my schoolwork, launch my Valorant career, and take some introductory coding courses. Definitely up to the challenge.

    Everything is great so far as a casual gamer and for school. Running most games (PUBG, Multiversus, HALO, Witcher 3) on max it does make alot of noise but runs great. I bought it on sale and was one of the best purchases. I do recommend buying extra storage i got the samsung ssd 1 TB.

    This laptop is pretty good for the price, but beware if you plan on running linux ( if you’re comfortable you can run a modified kernel that might help )it will be a living nightmare and also know that one of the ram slot is soldered on so no upgrades past 32GB (40GB total)

    Great computer but arrived with white patches on the screen that I assume is damage to the screen layers. I was not hope unable to return. Terrible service

If the screen was damaged when received, we recommend to take it to the nearest BestBuy location to have it checked or inspected.     Gaming laptop with a great processor.

    The screen on this thing looks better than my 600$ gaming monitor. The Ryzen 9 processor ramps to 4 ghz and stays there easily without throttling. The 3060 is really good at this price point. The fan is a bit loud but not overwhelming.

    Great laptop and overall value, however I'm experienceing an issue with video playback. It works incredibly well in every other aspect including moving images and videos within games. Only has issues with watching other videos.

    It’s not bad, but it has a lot of bugs, it is not so fast as it should be. Changed 3 times the laptop because of hardware issues but the 3 laptops with issues, but well, the prices is good.

    Should be shipped with more RAM at this price point and the screen goes blank for a minute sometimes. Excepting that capable machine, handles rendering fairly well, compiling code is a breeze and games look stunning.

    Worth it! Plays every game out right on epic settings flawlessly. I highly recommend getting a laptop riser for the cooling because it does get extremely hot without one. I use this daily for gaming and video editing on the fly for drone footage.

    The customer service is deplorable; they won't assist you or uphold their warranty. Their call center representatives are unfamiliar with ASUS products and merely operate from a script, causing frustration. Despite my desire to appreciate this laptop, the abysmal customer support and service hinder my satisfaction. Additionally, they don't allow you to communicate with anyone in the USA or a manager, which is disheartening.
