I mean I never saw open box" but at least a charger. What if I didn't have a charger. I really can't say anything about the battery, speed, ect. Because as soon as I found out that it was refurbished and no instructions no charger I said say no more it's going back.

If you are within your warranty period please contact PlanetROI who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products. Contact information should be included in box with the product.
