I’ve had several robot vacuums, this being the most expensive I’ve owned, and the worst. The mapping is terrible, it’s inaccurate and still changes constantly, it’s become very loud, it cleans it random patterns and misses areas, everywhere, the object avoidance DOES NOT WORK, it bulldozes everything in its path, and just under a year of owning it, it no longer charges.

LOVE this purchase... She is my favorite tech gadget...

It's great - when it works. But it is constantly going off line. I have to delete the app and machine and start over/re-activate it at least 2x month. Now the mopping function is broken entirely and I only bought it three months ago. The company wants me to ship it back to them but won't provide a box ( I threw mine out) and that means I will have to pay to find a box/box it up and be without it for 3+ weeks. For $1,500 I expect a whole lot better treatment than that. Also - the battery doesn't last more than about an hour. My house is almost 3K square feet, so it never gets through the whole house in a day as it has to keep going back to charge, then go back out to clean/mop, then go back to charge, etc. I would NOT buy it again, no matter how convenient it is.

WOW! I have a roomba i7+ and a brava jet. The roomba did a great job and the brava jet was ok. I replaced them with the Omni X1. I did a lot of research on vac/mops This one had a great rating, but still wasnt sure. I purchased at best buy on a great sale. Brought it home. App was a little cumbersome to set up. But once set up, this worked great. I am very impressed with this robot so far. I have two dogs and now my daughter moved in with her dog. My floors have never looked better. There are a couple other models that I considered but chose this one for the self emptying water and the self emptying bag feature in the base. I have a 4000 sft home with all wood floors on te first floor. Don't overlook this one. Highly recommend!!!

Evovacs is the WORST COMPANY EVER! Sent our robot to Evovacs' headquarters, which is based in California back in August. It's now middle of December. Nobody's ever even looked at yet to tell us what's going on. Everytime I call to speak with them about an ETA their response is that they're shorthanded and we'll do our best to get yours expedited. Evovacs are a scumbag company that should be forced to shut down. At this point, we've given up on the vaccum and are moving back to an iRobot.

Great product. Does exactly what it's meant to do.

This is the best purchase from Best Buy so far, keeps the house clean and you can schedule it to clean different rooms on different days, it also has a camera built into the robot to remotely monitor your home

I like it but I have to do the set up again every other week because it loses the connection with the wifi network (att). The app is not very usable too. Clearly they’ve not invested much in software and connectivity and it shows. Returning it after a month or so.

Has been working great. Super easy to swap to mopping mode the sweeper works very well. Wish the mapping worked a bit better I have odd walls and the virtual boundaries don’t set at angles. Battery has been lasting really well. Only changes I would like to see When dust bin full on robot return to station to empty. Instead of using bags use a bin for the station Easier to see the built in bin on vacuum

It started malfunctioning and would turn off when it got to the same spot every time. Reset fixed the issue. Then the main brush was tangled making it unable to drive, bought a OEM brush and still said it was tangled. Letting it run with no brush fixed the issue. Final issue is the driving wheels are jammed making it unable to drive. Both wheels can be moved and have no debris in them. But still it won’t leave the station. Too expensive to last a short 13 months. Ecovacs customer support offered no help besides sending it in for repair at my expense. Utterly disappointed.

Finally a robot that does it all. It mop and vacuums well. It is intelligent in its design and practical in the way it performs it’s task. It is to expensive l, but works really well.

An excellent vacuum robot that does everything automatically - vacuums, empties the dirt, mops, washes and dries the mop pads automatically, and does an excellent job at cleaning.

Enjoying this vacuum very much. Vacuums hard floor and carpet well.

Really like the fact that the unit empties and refills itself without needing me to do anything. So far it navigates better with random furniture and items by not getting stuck like past robots.

Great robot so far. I purchased to see how it mopped the floors. I have hardwood and tile thru out the house. Impressed so far. Need a stronger fragrance solution for cleaning.

DEEBOT is the greatest!! I tried to hire housekeeping help, but they were way too expensive, and floors are what I need the most help with. He will pay for himself in 4 months!!

Those things a piece of garbage probably the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned and it cost us 1500 bucks now you can buy it for $300 and they won’t even repair it. Less than 12 months of use and all that cash was wasted. Super disappointed

The robotic vacuum I purchased did not preform as advertised.

The unit I purchased has had a “Cleaning sink not emptying” issue. This has happened twice since I purchased it August 2022. By October 2023, no troubleshooting will work. I contacted Ecovacs and they said I am responsible for the repair cost. It’s 7 weeks out of warranty. I contacted them before about same issue while it was under warranty. Other performance comments- it does not get close to floor edges as the Roborock or Shark and leaves laminate floors wetter. I do like that the mop gets floors clean. For a $1300 Vacuum I do not recommend.

From the date of putchsse the robot vac/mop has worked perfectly. Mapped was a freeze and the cleaning has made a huge difference in my house.
