Love all the features and Attachments. Dislike the power and suction. I would like to take it back and get the Shark instead.

I have had both Dyson and Shark Cordless stick vacs and they both had their pros and cons. So far I'm loving the Pure One S11 from Tineco because any of the cons I had with the other brands, it has eliminated. It's lightweight, stylish and modern looking, with great battery life and lots of attachments. This vacuum comes with both a brush head for carpets and one for hardwood floors, which is awesome because other brands make you buy those separately and they aren't cheap. Swapping out the heads only takes a couple of seconds and the soft brush for the hardwoods makes a difference in getting things like pollen, dust or dander off the floor. The vac also comes with a crevice tool, a powered upholstery tool (great for pet owners), a flat crevice tool that also has a slide out brush for getting vents or baseboards, a hair cleaning tool and an attachment to clean the pre-filter. That's definitely a new one for me and I'm not sure how it will work, but I appreciate that Tineco gives you the correct tool to keep the filter clean instead of just blasting it with compressed air. I know it will eventually need to be replaced but this should help it last longer. Batter life is great if you use auto mode, which detects dirt and adjusts accordingly. There is an LED light ring on top of the canister that will be Blue unless it detects dirt, then it shows a portion as Red so you know to focus on that spot. The Red will fade to Blue almost like a countdown clock as the sensors detect no more dirt. The vac will also get louder because it's increasing suction. You can manually do this by pushing the AutoMax button for the strongest suction, but it will severely diminish your battery life and is unnecessary for the most part. I do run it full on Max setting when I'm vacuuming out the truck, but I only need 10min, which is probably close to the full runtime on Max mode. This also converts to a handheld which is helpful on stairs, in the vehicle, on furniture, etc. The attachments work no mater what configuration you're in, handheld or floor vac. Also, another great feature is the trigger lock. Other vacs you have to constantly hold the trigger, but this one you can just lock it on and go. This is really helpful, particularly getting under furniture because you have to turn the canister sideways to get the angle. It's just one more convenience that I am glad Tineco thought of. We have 2 Golden Retrievers in the house and a mix of hardwood/tile/carpet, so we need a strong vacuum that can handle all the different terrain. This vac has been doing a great job, picking up tons of hair and it's easy to handle and easy to empty. I have no complaints and would recommend it to a friend!

It’s really nice but if you have pets is not for you

Heavy to use and motor burnt up within the first year, sent a replacement motor and its weak, not the same. They are not worried about it, don’t be a me and waste $400 on a junky handheld

Easily clogs, the auto suction turns on after you've been struggling to pickup a grain of rice... Doesn't pickup sand well tends to fling it around the house. Having to press a button to go "turbo mode" only lasts a few seconds when it needs to be always in that mode.

This vacuum makes my life so much easier when it comes to cleaning messes.

Picks up dog hair well. Have not used attachments yet. Have to empty canister after every use but beats a corded vacuum with a large bag. Like the product a lot!

Better than Dyson and good design, especially the battery is so easy to replace.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It will suck things up but as soon as you pick it up to hang out things fall back out the bottom. I can clean the entire vacuum so there is no debris anywhere and it will do the same thing. I regret not returning it when I had the chance.

This is more on the shipping, bought for my parents for Xmas. Box came without shipping box and original box was torn up. Missing parts. Bb at least ship it in a box. My dad was so turned off by the ripped box he asked to return it.

I would recommend this vacuum to anyone great vacuum

The vacuum is too heavy. It isn't easy to maneuver around; it feels stiff. I don't want to have to change vacuum heads between hard floors and carpet. I just want a vacuum to do the job it is intended to do; I don't need any type of smart technology with it. Also, if you have any type of hand/finger problems, this one is not for you. It's not for me for that reason alone. It was returned.

Bought this to replace our Dyson 7. This product is ok, Dyson is the superiour product. We will be relegating this to basement duties and purchasing a Dyson.

Love this cordless vac. Easy to put together and vacuums great. I have dark tile that shows dust easily and this vac gets it all. I highly recommend this vac.

I have previously owed a dyson. I bought this to try out the brand. It seems to lack power and struggles to pick up on carpet.

Super lightweight and maneuverable. Great for everyday, light-duty vacuuming. Sometimes takes a slower approach, in order to pick up everything.

I have been extremely disappointed in the product. It gets clogged constantly with even minimal amounts of pet hair, it struggles to pick up anything larger than dust or grains of sand, and shuts off due to error messages about the filter every 2 minutes despite them being completely clean and dry. I am honestly baffled how this is such a highly recommended product by Consumer Reports and other review sites. Every other stick vacuum I've ever used has been miles better. Even a corded vacuum from the 60's would excel compared to this.

Suction poor after a year. Followed directions for cleaning and didn't help.
