It is handy to just grab it and clean up that spill or clean the whole floor without having to vacuum first. The only downside is that it doesn't go all the way to the wall or cabinet. (even tho I heard the newest model does)

It is easy to use and clean and even my 11 year old likes to use it. The customer service has been great when I had a problem with quick response and shipping of a replacement part. I highly recommend you try this this!

Other than that I would rate it a 5. Love that everything gets done with just one Cleaner. So far it has done an excellent job

Dries in a very short time (about 5 to 10 minutes) Can't miss it anymore.

Better than Bissell

It cleaned our rooms so much better than using a regular mop! My parents are old school and when they saw how well it cleaned they were mind blown!

It cleans up anything from wet messes to dust and fur to cat food chunks with no problem. The dirty water tank has to be emptied immediately after use or it gets gross quick but it's a great product and I have no issues
