This item makes very short work of cleaning my hard floors - it is easy to use and works wonderfully.

Bought for my mom for Christmas she wanted something that she could mop and vacuum at the same time and I have the shark mop and vacuum but it dont do that good. So I seen the reviews on this one and the facebook video where it cleans the floors really good and I was sold. They absolutely love it. My mom loves the vacuum part when that is needed and they just the mop part and couldn't believe how nasty the floor was because they had just did a quick mop with the regular mop. So since they love it so much I will be buying me one hopefully they will go on sale soon. As they are a little pricey but worth it. They would definitely recommend.

Great vacuum. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I wish the tanks were slightly bigger. Other than that I love how easy it is to use, how clean my floors feel after using it and how fast the floors dry. I wish I had come across this vacuum before spending money on other plain vaccums that have very poor battery life.

The auto feature on it makes it incredible. It’s very easy to use and cleans up all the messes.

This floor cleaner makes mopping a breeze! I have 2 dogs that use a doggy door and come in and out of the house, often tracking in mud and dirt! I love being able to easily keep my floors clean without the hassle of a mop and bucket! The only downsides are 1. The clean water tank empties quickly and the dirty water tank fills and has to be emptied with each clean tank refill. 2. Recharging the battery between uses takes several hours.

Cleans everything super well. It doesnt have any real brushes, just a roller, so it doesnt get into cracks in the hard wood floor the way my roomba does for example. Overall though I am more than pleased. Floors havent been so clean in a while, they feel great on my feet. Ive even used it on my low pile carpet in a pinch and it worked so well I'm getting rid of the regular carpet vacuum.

Love this item, it cleans immaculate, picks up a lot of hair that we didn't know was possible. Cleans the floors and does its job. Will it take out really tough stains no, but with some elbow grease it will clean it.

This is my second purchase of this Tineco. IT is so great, it has been two years since our first one and now just bought one for my daughters new home. Cleans very well and it is easy to maintain.

I absolutely love it. I was embarrassed how dirty the water was the first time I used it. I took a star because it took two days to figure out why the water wasn't coming out. I got some new flashings and ran the self clean. After that it worked. However, instructions didn't help me initially. Just lucked up it worked.

Cleans extremely well. Every time I clean I discover more and more things that to my assumption, were part of the floor and turn out to be "built in" dirt from long ago... The floor looks great after cleaning. You just need to do the self clean at the end (make sure you have enough charge and water in the top tank for that) and then take out the dirty parts, rinse them and let them dry well before the next use.

Finally a vacuum cleaner I don't mind using. Cleans with ease and does a great job. It would be even better if it had attachments for hard to reach places.
