I love this floor washer. We have 4 dogs and it really helps keep the floors clean. Very little effort is needed to push the machine. It is almost like it is self propelled.

Does a great job cleaning both tile and wood floors. I have not connected to the app and I don't see an immediate need yet. I do wish the water and dirty water tanks were a little bigger. My kitchen floor is uneven slate and I was very impressed on the amount of dirt picked up. I get about 30 mins of charge and have to empty the dirty water tank twice to cover my kitchen.

Works very well, but does not fully wash edge to edge. There’s a half of an inch I need to by hand if dirty next to my kitchen cabinets. It does vacuum edge to edge, though. In other words, it will pick up the crumbs, but will not remove the stains close to the cabinets. Some stains are hard to get rid of, but there’s nothing better on the market right now that I am aware of. I wish I could pour hot water, it would have certainly helped. Easy to use and clean. Self cleaning is a nice feature, but I wish it ran few mins longer and blew warm/hot air so I woudn’t need to take the filter out for drying. I gave it four stars as it can get tad better and become perfect, but also to be honest, I cannot imagine using a mop again. This is a reallly good product. I hope it will serve me few years. Best thing about it is there are no water marks/strikes left behind.

I truly enjoy using this mop! It’s amazing how easy it is to use. I am always surprised as to how much it really picks up off the floor. It is the best, except for I wish the clean water tank was bigger and dirty water tank, too.

I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S3 Extreme for a while now, and it’s made cleaning my hard floors so much easier. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, and the iLoop sensor really does adjust well when it detects dirtier spots. The self-cleaning feature is a lifesaver! I don’t have to deal with scrubbing the roller after every use. The only downside is that the water tank is a little small, so I sometimes have to refill during a bigger job, and the battery doesn’t last forever. Overall though, it leaves my floors looking spotless and dries quickly, which makes it worth it for me.

I love this product as it cleans and it vacuums at the same time. My only issue is it takes hours to fully charge.

Works great! Floors are nice and clean. I have 3 dogs inside and no issues with the pet hair and clogs. My upstairs is approx 1600 sq ft. I can clean all floors on the battery. Easy to use and the self cleaning cycle is wonderful!

So far, so good. It cleaned our vinyl plank kitchen better than expected, but I could still get dirt off with a white paper towel. A week later, cleaned again and it was much better. Our granddaughter's soles aren't black after a day of barefoot play. No more scrubbing with a mop and dirty, reused water and no more vacuuming before and after the mopping. I wish the reservoirs were a little bigger. The charge lasted through two refills and dumps of the waste water, 500-600 square feet of flooring, but I did a couple of laps in the kitchen, especially in front of the cooktop and also cleaned all the comfort mats. The right edge of the roller gets closer to the wall; I had to switch direction to get near the baseboard. And the Tineco free-gift link didn't work even after creating an account. I will research other cleaners to dilute.

The Tineco Floor One S5 is one of my favorite purchases! I have recommended it to everyone I know who has pets or kids. It's super easy to use and does a fantastic job with cleaning the floors. After I use this the floors feel so clean. At first I thought the iLoop system was just a gimmick but I was wrong. My Pug is 15yr and uses the bathroom in the house from time to time which is why I purchased this. After I used it on a spot where she used the bathroom the iLoop system picked up it was a really dirty spot and turned red and turned the water level to max and suction to max. It makes cleaning so much easier. My only two complaints are with the dirty water tank. The dirty water tank can be hard to place back in once taken out. Its like the filter gets in the way and stops it from going in all the way. It feels like its not as tight as it was when I first got it. Second is the cover over the roller, after a few times of taking it off to clean it, it too is hard to put back on. I find my self having to push hard on the right side or taking it back off and putting it back on.

I bought this mop because it was on sale and I wanted a mop that I could use in between when I don’t feel like busting out the big bucket of water to mop my floors. I wasn’t expecting much from this mop but I was blown away! I absolutely love this thing! It saves my back from mopping my entire house and carrying around the bucket of water from room to room. I was able to mop my entire house, most of my house has ceramic floors, I was able to do the job in about 15 minutes and let me tell you.. I thought my floors were fairly clean because I had literally just had the cleaning lady clean the house that morning, but the dirty water tank was so disgusting when I was done mopping, I was amazed! I can’t say enough good things about this mop. If you want to have clean floors without breaking your back mopping, you need this mop!

I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to buy it and I'm really surprised at how well it cleans my vinyl floors and my gym rubber floors! I'm a bit confused about the differences between the S3 and S5 Pro, but so far I'm really liking this one.

yes, it does clean no, it does not give streaks, it’s super powerful pulls you you have to pull pack, yes, it’s easy to clean, but if your floor is not even it will not get the lower part you have to go slowly if you really want it to clean good otherwise it doesn’t clean. I prefer to regular vacuum first, so it doesn’t get too full and tells me I need to empty dirty water and the hair get in the middle of the suction hole

Product is easy to use and does a great cleaning job. Very advanced capability.

So much faster than and easier than a regular mop!

So, I purchased this for my girlfriend after she had seen it alllll over TikTok. Did some research on the company and ultimately purchased this to replace a bissel hardfloor cleaner… and maaaaaan this thing is awesome. Wireless, easy to use, and it cleans deeper than anything we have owned from bissel. The S5 pro and S7 pro are nearly identical, only difference I can see is the battery life is better on the S7, but not worth the extra cash imo. The best part is: you don’t have to clean out the rollers, it handles that for you. Best feature ever, and something I couldn’t live without now. Now we are looking to get one of their vacuums, consider us Tineco fans now!

Love this product! So easy to use in that it is self-propelled. Gets all the dirt-however small and fine-it all comes out in the water. Not so fun to clean but I know all that dirt is not on my floors! One charge covers quite a lot of footage too.

I upgraded to the Tineco Floor One S3 from the iFloor 3 because it was the same price on sale. It’s sturdier and the battery life is much better, which is important since I have hardwood floors throughout my whole house. The first time I emptied the dirty water tank, I was honestly grossed out but also impressed. Keeps my floors looking great. Just make sure to clean it after each use.

This is an awesome product. I love how easy it is to use, how well it cleans and the self-cleaning function. It goes by itself, you just guide it. Lasts long enough for me to mop my entire first floor.

Went back and forth for months looking for mopping vacuum. I do have a Roomba that takes care of my daily vacuuming for three dogs and additional cats. I was using a spin mop and bucket and will say this mop vacuum does a better job dealing with dried dog slobbers, wet/dirty paw prints that have dried. Instead of using the chemical provided I do use a white vinegar with no problems at all. And instead of using the Spin mop twice a month, I like use the vac mop more often because of ease of use. It doesn't dry as well as I think it claims but I do use distilled water and along with vinegar. What's Left Behind dries relatively quick and feels better on bare feet than what using my old spin mop did. Saw this on sale and purchased. Sale price and protection plan was cheaper than regular price so definitely say that is a good deal when you can find it
